Feine Coffee Roasters | Conshohocken, PA
Feine has been part of the Conshohocken community since 2012, and we’re looking for friendly, dependable people to join our barista team.
This is a hands-on café job. You’ll make coffee and espresso drinks, help customers, keep the pastry case stocked, stay on top of cleaning and restocking, and work with the team to keep the shop running smoothly, especially during busy mornings.
We’re especially interested in candidates with previous barista or café experience. We’re also willing to train someone who has a genuine interest in coffee, enjoys hospitality, and is excited to learn.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare coffee, espresso drinks, tea, and other beverages.
- Take orders and create a friendly, welcoming experience for customers.
- Stock pastries, supplies, and grab-and-go items throughout the day.
- Keep the café, coffee bar, and work areas clean and organized.
- Help with light food prep and daily opening or closing tasks.
- Work together with the team to keep service moving during busy shifts.
- Follow recipes and food safety procedures.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous barista or café experience preferred.
- Friendly, dependable, and comfortable working with customers.
- Able to stay organized and keep moving in a busy environment.
- Willing to learn and take feedback.
- Available for mornings and weekends.
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
- Must be 18 or older.
