What You Will Do:
- Prepare coffee and tea beverages with precision and consistency.
- Maintain brewing equipment and espresso bar daily.
- Execute light food prep, maintain pastry displays, and fulfill pastry orders accurately.
- Greet customers, answer questions, offer product recommendations, and provide an exceptional guest experience.
- Communicate with the team to support smooth service and address customer needs or concerns.
- Keep your station and the front of house clean, stocked, and organized throughout the shift.
- Follow recipes, safety rules, and Department of Agriculture guidelines.
- Move with urgency during peak hours while remaining friendly and composed.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold Feine’s standards.
Requirements:
- Enjoy serving people and creating positive interactions.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask under pressure.
- Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
- Comfortable working mornings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication skills.
- Reliable attendance and commitment to the posted schedule.
- Previous barista or specialty beverage experience preferred but not required.
- Must be 18 years or older.
